About Lead+ and Wholesale Lending

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and prospective clients through multiple markets, including phone, email, direct marketing, and social media tools to originate loans and promote our value proposition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with operations and fulfillment team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide market intelligence and stay up-to-date on industry trends, knowledge, and expertise through training, industry publications, and lending bulletins.
- Be a subject matter expert on our lending policies, procedures, products, and technology, and communicate this expertise to clients and brokers.
- Conduct group presentations over phone/video to promote our value proposition and present our process, product, and technology platforms.
- Provide excellent service through disciplined follow-up and guidance to our broker partners, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
- Strong sales skills and knowledge of the mortgage lending business, with the ability to work with account managers to ensure desired production results.
- Participate in training brokers and stay connected with company processes and guidelines, helping new brokers with the Lead+ approval process.
- Educate mortgage brokers on loan products, pricing, and point of contact, and communicate with prospective and existing brokers.
- Speak and correspond with accounts on a daily basis to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Recent experience as an Account Executive in Wholesale Lending, preferably in Non-QM mortgage solutions.
- Proven production history and established broker base, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of "non-QM" paper and 2nd lien programs, with excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills, with the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge in a fast-paced team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined, with the ability to work remotely and establish, maintain, and grow relationships.
