Job Summary
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your customer portfolios by making outbound phone calls to set up mutually agreeable payment arrangements. You'll work in a team setting at our beautiful Sunrise Acceptance Main Office, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer portfolios by making outbound phone calls to set up payment arrangements
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in collections or finance is helpful, but not required
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaking; ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Strong customer service background and a great attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to doing the right things and serving customers
- Basic math calculations and good computer skills; ability to learn and use new software applications
- Willingness to learn and promote a team environment
- Ability to work a five-day workweek
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of finance and collections industry trends and regulations
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
