Job Description:
What you’ll need to succeed as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
1 year of customer service, banking, accounts payable/receivable experience
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or successful employment history working in a high-volume customer global shared service/finance role
Collection strategy software experience desired (HighRadius, Get Paid)
Quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications, as needed
Oracle or SAP experience
Online banking, lockbox exposure
Fluent in Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and PowerPoint

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Complete a high volume of phone calls to B2B customers on a daily basis
Document customer contact details in collection software
Conduct research to resolve customer issues to enable payment of invoices
Collaborate and foster effective communication with customer and sales partners
Develop and track action plan to meet monthly individual and team goals
