• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Conduct initial assessments to determine appropriate treatment pathways
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate smooth admissions
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Participate in outreach events to promote our services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
• Experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
