We are recruiting for an internship to develop our Biosolutions portfolio in the South-East region.
Your Challenge:
The intern must acquire the technical, commercial, and social skills necessary to effectively interact with clients and understand and apply the entire process of demand generation at Corteva Biologicals.
This role will also aim to provide a differentiated service to assigned clients (defined/guided by the tutor), helping them to use Corteva products correctly, seeking to retain existing producers who are already customers and to conquer new customers.
Main Responsibilities:
• Offer client follow-up service thanks to technical knowledge of the region's culture and Corteva products assigned;
• Perform and coordinate field demonstrations for clients according to the assigned project;
• Interpret the results of field demonstrations;
• Prepare presentations for their tutor and other colleagues in the region (results of demonstration fields, products, training on mixtures, crop phenology, etc.);
• Production of comprehensive reports, including photos, on services performed (interpretation of crop analysis of observations made in the field, results of demonstrations, fields with results obtained, number of users concerned, level of satisfaction of users and client teams concerned, etc.);
• Development of relationships with assigned producers/farmers;
• Ensure the correct use of Corteva products (correct recommendation), in order to maximize the results of the product applied for the final client;
• Participate in commercial events (day on the field) with their tutor and with the Corteva sales team;
• Be the local reference (under the responsibility of the Biologicals Client Manager and Technical Coordinator) for the knowledge of Corteva bio-solutions (mastery of product characteristics, product advantages, application recommendations, sales and service support for assigned clients).
Location: Between Avignon (84) and Valence (26) and surroundings
To cultivate your missions, you will need:
• Course of study in agronomy, ideally with a specialization in nutrition or plant physiology for the main crops of the Western region (cereals, corn, rapeseed, sunflower, fruit growing, viticulture...)
• Fluent French. Intermediate English written and spoken
• Driver's license B
