Job Description
Amazon is seeking a motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will support our operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing excellent service to our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be proactive and take initiative in solving problems
- High-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Manage contact lists and organize managers calendars
- Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Conduct market research
- Prepare presentations as assigned
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
