Description

Requirements
- Proven experience in case management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in case management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCM, ACM) are a plus.
