Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) to provide individual psychotherapy to adults and professionals across California via secure telehealth. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reflective, clinically skilled, and eager to grow within a supportive private practice setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing individual psychotherapy sessions (telehealth)
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state and ethical guidelines
• Participate in supervision and consultation meetings
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure exceptional client care
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active ASW registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (internship hours may qualify)
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices (CBT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Excellent communication, empathy, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
Compensation and Benefits
• W-2 position (flexible schedule, remote)
