What You Will Do
Work independently with flexible office hours, providing counseling services to diverse populations. Assist in building a caseload outside of managed care and receive supervision if needed.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Licensed in the state of Illinois as an LMFT/LCPC/LCSW
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, clinical or counseling psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Understanding of human behavior, group dynamics, mental health laws, and effective treatments
- Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
