The compensation structure starts at $5 per hour for the first 90 days, transitioning to $7 per hour thereafter. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a non‑negotiable requirement, as we serve a multicultural client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls and respond to emails with a friendly, solution‑focused demeanor. Provide accurate information about roofing services, scheduling, and pricing.
- Dispatch Coordination: Assign service calls to field technicians, optimizing routes to minimize travel time and mileage while meeting customer expectations.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input client details, payment information, and confidential records into careerzynith’s CRM system. Ensure all data is up‑to‑date and compliant with privacy standards.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Maintain an organized dispatch calendar, proactively addressing conflicts and rescheduling as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve service‑related issues, escalating complex matters to supervisors while keeping the customer informed.
