Position Overview
As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in the client journey—handling inbound inquiries, gathering case information, and ensuring a smooth and professional intake process. Your ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in both languages will make a direct impact on client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential clients
Conduct initial case screenings and gather relevant details
Accurately input and manage client information in the CRM system
Provide clear, empathetic communication to clients during stressful situations
Schedule consultations and coordinate with legal staff
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
Ensure all intake procedures comply with firm standards and confidentiality policies
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in Legal intake role
Experience in a Personal Injury Law Firm or legal setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish languages
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Highly organized, reliable, and client-focused
Familiarity with case management software
