Earning Potential: Full-time representatives typically generate 5 to 10 funded deals per month. Personality Traits • Quality-Focused: Motivated by building deep relationships and landing larger, high-yield funding accounts rather than just high volumes of low-value sales. • Self-Driven Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly proactive with a strong sense of personal ownership over numbers and income. • Resilient & Confident: Comfortable with commission structures and driven by financial performance incentives.
