Leading data management initiatives, the full-time remote Biostatistician IV will design and implement data pipelines, perform advanced statistical analyses, and provide strategic support throughout the lifecycle of studies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
• Design and maintain data pipelines for high-quality data accessibility and perform advanced statistical analyses
• Establish procedures for data standardization and ensure adherence to data governance and regulatory standards
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts/biostatisticians, providing guidance on methodologies and quality control
Required qualifications
• Master's Degree with 9-10 years of experience or Doctoral Degree with 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Advanced expertise in data cleaning, transformation, and ETL techniques for large healthcare datasets
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical modeling techniques
• Ability to code in SQL, SAS, R, Python, or Stata for data management and analysis
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR and HL7, and experience with cloud-based data platforms
