We are looking for a Booking Specialist to contact pre-qualified leads, recognize sales opportunities, and arrange appointments for our sales managers.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound sales, direct sales or promotion
- Experience with complex products (e.g. energy, insurance, telecommunications) is a plus
- High resilience against rejection - 'no' is just the starting point for you
- You quickly recognize customer concerns and can counter them effectively
- You work goal-oriented, are self-motivated, and enjoy closing deals
- You communicate clearly, empathetically, and structured
- Excellent German language skills complete your profile and enable you to communicate precisely and professionally in word and writing
