- Identify, research, and connect with diagnostics manufacturers in North America (U.S. and Canada), with an emphasis on companies engaged in human clinical testing and in vitro diagnostics (IVD).
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers, including Procurement, R&D, and technical evaluation teams.
- Facilitate introductions and secure initial appointments, meetings, and qualified leads.
- Support the development, alignment, and preparation of proposals to ensure consistency with customer needs and company capabilities.
- Provide business development advisory support through early‑stage deal formation.
- Arrange and coordinate technical discussions between customers and internal teams as needed.
- Monitor progress of early business activities and assist with follow-up to maintain engagement.
- Assist colleagues from Japan during customer interactions to ensure clear communication and cultural understanding.
