Cannabis Sales Specialist for Nursery
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Cannabis Sales Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through cold and warm calls to introduce our premium cannabis plants and clones. Your primary objective is to generate interest, build relationships, and qualify potential buyers for our team.
You will not be required to fully close every sale yourself. Your focus will be on creating opportunities, identifying interested customers, and helping move them through the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold and warm calls to prospective customers
Introduce and explain our cannabis plants and clone offerings
Qualify leads and identify buying opportunities
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the cannabis industry
Previous sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Compensation
$300 per week base pay
5% commission on all sales generated from new customers you bring in
