Job description: The Career Specialist in The Aspire Center is an integrated member of the campus holistic advising team/model, working with faculty, student success advisors, and other colleagues, to provide added support to students for their success during and after Carthage. This specialist will serve as a liaison and build a relationship with a set of academic departments, including the following: Athletic Training, Biology, Chemistry, Exercise and Sport Science, Neuroscience, Nursing, and Astronomy; collaborate, as needed, with other related departments.Responsibilities: EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS: PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Aspire Program is a comprehensive 4-year career development program that integrates entrepreneurship, creativity, and leadership to prepare students for the careers of today and of the future.
