For our client, we are seeking a Chief-Of-Staff Global Operations & Services (go&s) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.
The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $167,400 – $372,000 annually
Responsibilities
• Act as strategic advisor to the SVP of Global Operations and Service
• Manage the SVP's office, prioritizing topics and preparing materials
• Coordinate and lead weekly leadership staff meetings, setting agendas and tracking follow-ups
• Support in preparing board materials and strategic presentations
• Work with department leaders on cross-company initiatives
• Oversee the goal-setting process for the management team
• Drive and lead critical strategic operational projects
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of experience in Chief of Staff, Operations, or Strategy roles at senior management level
• Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, comfortable with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives under tight deadlines
• High emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to ambiguous situations
