About The Role
This isn't a traditional Chief of Staff or project coordination role.
We're looking for a strategic operator with exceptional analytical depth who can combine business strategy, data analysis, AI adoption, and operational execution. You'll partner directly with senior leadership to optimize decision-making, improve company operations, and build the infrastructure needed to support the next stage of growth.
What You'll Do
• Own and improve the company's data operations, tooling, and reporting infrastructure
• Drive AI adoption across the business by identifying high-impact automation opportunities
• Improve operational processes across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Data teams
• Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic priorities and company initiatives
• Build investment-style analyses, executive briefings, and board-ready presentations
• Manage planning cycles, OKRs, and cross-functional execution
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive solutions independently
• Partner with Finance and Data teams to monitor business performance and support data-driven decision-making
Who We're Looking For
• 2–3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Strategy, or another highly analytical role
• Experience within high-growth SaaS, FinTech, or consumer technology companies is highly preferred
• Strong hands-on experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data analysis
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High ownership, strong execution, and problem-solving abilities
• Based in the United States (hybrid work from Phoenix, AZ preferred)
Nice to Have
• Consumer FinTech experience
• Previous Chief of Staff or Business Operations experience
• Experience creating board presentations or investment memos
• Experience implementing AI-powered business solutions
• Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
