We're backed by early investors, supported by an experienced advisory team, and have spent the past year designing and building our platform.
Today, the core product is largely complete, with the primary features, infrastructure, and platform architecture already in place. We are entering our final development phase and preparing for private beta testing, user feedback, and public launch.

## About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to join our executive leadership team.
You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to lead engineering, refine and scale our platform, build a high-performing technical team, and execute the long-term technology strategy for Engage60.

## What You'll Do
- Lead the company's technology vision and execution.
- Own engineering strategy, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Oversee the completion of beta development and public launch.
- Build, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team.
- Develop scalable AI-powered products and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement best practices across engineering and security.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Executive Leadership.

## What We're Looking For
- Experience leading engineering organizations or serving as a senior technical leader within a high-growth startup.
- Proven experience building and launching consumer software products.
- Strong background in scalable cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with AI, machine learning, and modern LLM technologies.
- Expertise with React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, APIs, and scalable backend systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and systems design skills.
- Passion for building products with meaningful societal impact.
