Job description: Description :OverviewMilliman’s Indianapolis Health Practice is seeking a Child Welfare Associate, Medicaid who will advise public sector clients on rate setting and financing for child welfare and related children’s behavioral health programs. Projects will include analysis of child welfare and children’s behavioral health program design, payment rate development, and analysis of provider/agency financial information. The ideal candidate has professional project management experience combined with knowledge of social service and other public health programs. We assist states with behavioral health policy, programming, rate setting and finance needs, customizing our solutions to each client's unique context. Recognizing the interplay between multiple funding sources and authorities, we use a holistic and multifaceted approach to addressing the unique needs of diverse stakeholders.
