Schedule: Monday -Friday (6:30 AM - 3:30PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering/Architecture is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in civil design, drafting, or a related field
- Experience in detailed design within engineering, drafting, or infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of technical specifications, civil infrastructure, and stormwater/pavement design
- Knowledge in drafting sports fields or Fields of Play facilities is highly preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, project management software, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with design documentation, construction phases, and tender processes
Nice to Have:
- License in Engineering or Architecture
- Knowledgeable in Australian Construction Standards
What will you do?
- Prepare detailed and conceptual Field of Play (FOP) designs using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with civil engineers and project teams to develop complete design documentation
- Attend meetings and coordinate design requirements
- Ensure compliance with sport governing bodies, client briefs, and environmental standards
- Contribute to pre-tender cost estimates and value engineering
- Support feasibility studies and master planning with technical input
- Assist in preparing and reviewing tender and construction documentation
- Maintain clear, client-friendly communication and progress updates
- Help translate complex designs into simple, visual concepts
- Promote safety awareness, identify hazards, and support resolution of design-related issues
