We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Operations Representative (COR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our Client Results team, ensuring the seamless delivery of client engagements by managing key operational and administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Client Engagement Directors to help drive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, coordination, and execution across client engagements
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and organizing documentation
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Coordinate and facilitate Zoom meetings, take notes, and track action items
- Monitor client communications and ensure timely responses or follow-ups
- Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency
Requirements
- Based in Latin America or the Caribbean
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive and resourceful with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Familiarity with tools like Monday.com and Zoom is a plus
- Experience in client services, operations, or administrative support preferred
Working Hours
- 30–40 hours per week
- Flexibility across time zones, ideally aligned with EST, CET, or PST
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
