About the Role
As a Client Service Officer at Cummins, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience through efficient service delivery. This part-time, work-from-home position is designed for individuals with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and an eagerness to support our operational goals. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely resolutions and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, document, and resolve customer issues by offering effective solutions and recommendations. Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and ensure a streamlined service experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management system. Analyze customer data to provide actionable insights and contribute to process improvements.
- Sales Support: Assist in upselling products and services that meet clients' needs, thereby contributing to business growth while ensuring the clients' best interests are prioritized.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement. Act on this feedback to enhance service delivery continuously.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and managers to develop and implement best practices in client service. Participate in team meetings, sharing new ideas and strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Generate reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics to inform management decisions.
Essential Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a service-oriented or sales environment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn new software and tools as required.
