Job Description:
• working on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service
• manage deals independently
• creating technical report specifications from indenture language
• receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data
• compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports
• coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made
• perform quality control review of reports
• perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals
• participate in new client proposals
• lead business-related projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years of related experience or similar field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
