What you’ll do
Co-manage the whole company,
Lead the charge on strategy, product, and growth – from zero to scale,
Drive revenue through smart sales plays, market expansion, and key partnerships,
Recruit, inspire, and lead a top-tier team,
Spot market gaps and turn them into innovative products and services,
Stay ahead of industry and tech trends to find game-changing opportunities,
Own the startup’s financial health – budgets, forecasts, reports,
Set the tone with integrity, energy, and execution excellence.
What we’re looking for
3+ years in a leadership role at a startup,
3+ years in healthcare or medtech,
Proven experience taking a project from idea → MVP → market launch → growth,
Strong grasp of tech trends and business development strategies,
Exceptional networking skills and ability to close strategic deals,
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action,
Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills,
Comfortable operating in high-speed, high-uncertainty environments,
Solid project and process management skills,
Fluency in Polish and English.
