Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a sophisticated caseload of commercial litigation, including toxic torts, aviation product liability, and complex litigation.
• Draft high-level pleadings, substantive motions, and discovery.
• Participate actively in depositions, oral arguments, and trial preparation alongside veteran trial attorneys.
Qualifications:
• 1 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Graduate of a Top 30 Law School; if outside the Top 30, candidates must be at the top of their class.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $210,000 – $275,000 per year. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
