Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying challenges and creating customized treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient goals, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing established therapeutic techniques to promote client engagement and recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, case managers, and fellow therapists—to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for all clients.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and patient records, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, fostering an understanding of mental health challenges and encouraging active participation in treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your role will connect you with a diverse array of clients from various cultural backgrounds who are navigating mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling through specialized training or significant clinical experience.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport and motivate clients effectively during their therapeutic journey.
• Proficient communication skills, enabling constructive collaboration within the treatment team.
Preferred Experience
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain compliant and organized documentation.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral options to support clients beyond the therapy setting.
Compensation and Benefits
• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD $80,000 to $104,000 based on your experience, education, and credentials.
