They are seeking an Experienced Consultant with expertise in NetSuite to deliver tailored solutions, drive business process improvements, and ensure successful NetSuite deployments for clients.
Responsibilities
- Support client-facing NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with client goals and best practices
- Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, Inventory, and other relevant areas based on client needs
- Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to extend NetSuite functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring seamless operations for clients
- Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using NetSuite capabilities
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and proficiency
- Work closely with West Monroe’s cross-functional teams (industry, technology, and project management) to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their NetSuite needs
Skills
- 1–4 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support experience
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Supply Chain
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to travel up to 30 to 50%
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations is a plus
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly preferred
- Knowledge of business processes in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, professional services, or retail
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., Administrator, ERP Consultant) are highly desirable
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
