Project Objective
The objective of this project is to provide full-time support in content collection and moderation in French language for 8 weeks. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content on various social media platforms, ensuring that it meets our client's guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-time support in content collection and moderation in French language for an 8-week project
- Participate in a 2-week training program, which will be billable by the client separately
- Moderate content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Access content on client's internal review tool and make informed decisions about content moderation
- Work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with flexibility to adapt to team lead's schedule
- Ensure that all content moderation decisions are made in accordance with client's guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in content collection and content moderation, particularly in misinformation
- Fluent in French language at a C2 level or native to the collection country
- Fluent in English language
- Located in a European country
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
