Senior QA Lead Texas or Chicago or Naperville ( Remote-OK) Long Term Contract Mandatory skills- Medicare, QA Lead, selenium Required Experience & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or equivalent experience • 5+ years of Medicare experience in Provider management and claims. • 8 + years of experience in technology Quality Engineering. • Experience of SDLC processes, agile methodology and QE practices. Agile certification is preferred. • Experience with using AWS services like S3, Lambda, DynamoDb etc. • Strong experience with UI and database testing. • Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases • 1+ years of experience with Python. • Broad knowledge of automated testing and modelling tools • Demonstrated experience with tools such as Office 365 suite, Jira, Zephyr or similar test and project management tools • Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to: problem solving, decision making, influencing, change management, written and oral communications along with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively, as well as manage outsourced/offshore testing arrangements Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for timely delivery of QA deliverables. • Coordinate with Business SME to understand all aspects of business needs in various Medicare domains • Coordinate with cross domain QE team on the capability test plans, scope for release, dependencies and timelines • Work with Test data and Test environment teams on all technical aspects of deployment for INT environment readiness for testing • Support team in whole testing lifecycle to ensure testing is completed on time, with all test artifacts reviewed and shared with all stakeholders. • Support various phases of testing functional, integrated, regression and end to end. • Test case management and reporting for execution and timelines. • Participate in defect management process to identify and document defects, issues, risks and dependencies • Work with Integrated Solution test leads for end-to-end test strategy, execution and timelines. • Actively collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness. • Participate proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives and suggest improvements.Drive automation first approach Apply Now Apply Now
