Your Role as a Customer Care Representative
As the eyes and ears of our team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Communicating effectively with customers, including providing video support when needed
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- Logical problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume and maintain a high level of productivity
- Proficiency in using Windows operating systems and typing at least 25 words per minute
- Being at least 18 years old and having a high school diploma or GED
- Predictable and reliable attendance to ensure seamless customer service
While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with:
- 6-12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- A consistent work history and a proven track record of excellent customer service
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Some technical background to support our customers with technical issues
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home successfully, you will need:
- A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, a minimum of 4GB RAM, and a wired Ethernet LAN connection
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- A clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
