- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including State Department of Health, patients' insurance, and caregivers to ensure swift authorization of services.
- Deliver high-level customer service through one-call resolution, embodying FreedomCare's values of care and compassion.
- Consistently meet monthly performance metrics, including case creation and call handling targets.
- Create high-quality cases with accurate data, utilizing available guides and tools.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in telephonic sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, with excellent call handling skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to show empathy, active listening, and patience.
- Strong articulation skills, with the ability to convey case statuses through detailed notes on Salesforce.
- Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with ease, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Computer proficiency, with strong typing skills and the ability to leverage technology to resolve customer issues.
