This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and an excellent communicator—comfortable working behind the scenes while supporting both clients and internal teams.Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Track and resolve customer issues or route them to the appropriate department
• Maintain clear, accurate records of all customer interactions
• Coordinate scheduling or updates between clients and field/project teams

Data Entry & Administrative Support

• Accurately input and update project, billing, and contact data into internal systems
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms
• Assist in preparing digital documents, reports, and job status summaries
• Support administrative duties for the operations, accounting, and field teams

What You Bring

• Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with phone/email interactions in a remote setting
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Experience with CRM, construction management tools, or job-tracking software is a plus
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks independently
