Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support to members, addressing their insurance-related needs and concerns.
- Help customers resolve technical issues and troubleshoot medical devices.
- Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
- Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs, maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
- Be efficient in navigating multiple systems, delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- A verifiable High School diploma or GED.
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

- Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
