The Company is expanding in our territories and we are in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals.Responsibilities:

• Helping customers by providing product and service information
• Answer customer questions regarding their coverage
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
