Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Further education in related fields is a plus.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory. We offer training to equip you with all necessary skills.
