Job Description

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide information about FedEx products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, scheduling pickups, and processing returns.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
