As a Part‑Time Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first line of contact, ensuring that every email, chat, or call is handled with empathy, expertise, and efficiency. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction scores, product improvements, and the overall reputation of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Frontline Support: Respond to inbound emails, live‑chat messages, and phone calls from customers across the UK, providing timely and accurate assistance.
- Active Listening & Problem Solving: Diagnose issues by listening carefully, asking clarifying questions, and leveraging a deep understanding of our platform’s features.
- Customer‑Centric Advocacy: Capture pain points, suggest enhancements, and work closely with the Product team to turn feedback into actionable improvements.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Document resolutions, leave detailed internal notes for the Customer Support Manager, and correctly tag tickets for future data analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring trends, propose template refinements, and help shape the overall customer experience strategy at careerzynith.
- Cross‑Functional Communication: Liaise with the Head of Commercial, People & Talent Lead, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on service standards and escalation procedures.
Working Hours & Commitment
This is a part‑time remote position based in the United Kingdom. The schedule is fixed at 24 hours per week, split as follows:
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
