Job description: D365 BC Functional Consultant - Supply Chain & Manufacturing - $145kOverview:Our client, a leading Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced Business Central Supply Chain / Manufacturing Consultant to join their team. This remote position requires expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Business Central implementations, a strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, and a background working with a legitimate Microsoft Partner.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Business Central implementation projects focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and configure Business Central to optimize processes and workflows.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on Business Central functionality, best practices, and process improvements.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Business Central solutions.
• Assist with troubleshooting, user support, and ongoing system optimization.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Travel up to 15% as needed for on-site client engagements or meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience with Business Central Implementation: Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, specifically with the Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing modules.
• Microsoft Partner Experience: Must have previous experience working with a legitimate Microsoft Partner (not a C2C house or independent consulting firm).
• Supply Chain and Manufacturing Expertise: Proven track record in the supply chain and/or manufacturing domain, with knowledge of industry-specific processes and best practices.
• No Extensive Job Hopping: We are looking for candidates with a stable career history, demonstrating consistent commitment and expertise.
• EST Availability: Must be able to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and teams remotely.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 15% for client needs.

Preferred Skills:

• Additional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related ERP systems.
• Familiarity with additional modules in Business Central (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory).
• Experience in process optimization, change management, and user training.
