Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Agent to join our team at Workwarp! As a Data Entry Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our database by accurately entering and updating teacher pension data. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into our database, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, and maintain and update existing data records to ensure all information is current and correct.
- Generate and distribute reports as required by management, and ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies, and maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
