Job description: Nesco Resource is looking for a 1st shift Part-Time Data Entry Clerk!Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable part-time Data Entry Clerk with experience using QuickBooks.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial data, maintaining records, and supporting accounting operations with a focus on speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Input and manage invoices, bills, payments, and other financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Maintain and update customer and vendor records.
• Generate financial reports and assist with monthly close processes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all entries.
• Communicate with team members and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Organize and file financial documents both digitally and physically.
• Support the accounting department with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
