About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Data Entry-Clerical Specialist to handle all mail returns, playing a critical role in our revenue cycle management process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Skip tracing: Identifying and locating debtors to facilitate communication and resolution
- Processing mail returns based on findings: Ensuring accurate and timely processing of mail returns
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned: Providing support to the team and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization
