Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at Workwarp, you will be responsible for:

• Operating office equipment, including computers, copiers, calculators, fax machines, and document scanners
• Utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; experience with Microsoft SAP is a plus
• Fostering a team-oriented environment with strong customer service skills
• Demonstrating self-motivation and a positive attitude
• Exhibiting strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Contributing actively to process improvements and daily operations
• Assisting other departments as needed, adapting to varying assignments
• Maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy periods

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry
• A typing speed of at least 45 words per minute (WPM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
