In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and our valued customers, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Your primary responsibilities will include entering data into our systems, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer data into the database following established protocols and timelines.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and providing support across various channels.
• Verify and update existing customer information to ensure records are current and accurate.
• Generate and maintain reports related to customer data and service interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and enhance customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Expected salary: $17 - 22 per hour
