About the Role

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide critical telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, verifying benefits, and facilitating the entry of new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system. You will also communicate with patients to collect copay amounts, obtain authorizations, and work closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.

Schedule and Work Environment

This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 11 AM to 7:30 PM EST, offering a structured and predictable work environment. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, provided you have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements.
