About the Role

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to be part of our Customer Care department. This role is primarily focused on answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, agents, and funeral homes. Schedules

We offer both full-time and part-time schedules to accommodate different needs and preferences. Our full-time schedule operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:45pm MST. For part-time positions, we are open to discussing flexible schedules that suit your availability and our business requirements.
