Delta Air Lines is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our Customer Care team in a remote work-from-home capacity. As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Delta passengers with booking assistance, travel changes, and general inquiries—delivered with excellence and empathy, from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or live chat
- Assist customers with booking new flights, modifying existing reservations, and understanding travel policies
- Resolve complaints and issues calmly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in Delta’s internal systems
- Communicate updates regarding flight schedules, delays, or policy changes
- Follow compliance and security guidelines at all times

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure
- Self-motivated with strong time management in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
