Job Description: • Own the claims process for assigned offices. • Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement. • Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation. • Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices. • Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns. • Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes.
