ZAP Marketing Solutions is seeking a reliable, process-driven Digital Marketing & CRM Operations Specialist to support ongoing marketing execution and CRM infrastructure across multiple client and internal brands.
This role is execution-focused and systems-oriented. Success is measured by consistency, follow-through, and adherence to established processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating inside defined frameworks, delivering weekly outputs, and keeping marketing systems running on schedule.
Core ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Brand Execution
• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other assigned platforms
• Maintain consistent brand voice, formatting, and posting cadence
• Repurpose blogs, videos, and long-form assets into short-form content
• Track engagement metrics and provide concise weekly summaries
Website & Content Management
• Publish and update blogs, landing pages, and website content
• Ensure content is formatted for clarity, SEO, and message alignment
• Maintain consistency across web, email, and social channels
CRM & Marketing Automation
• Build and manage email campaigns, workflows, forms, and sequences in HubSpot
• Support funnels, contact management, and automation in GoHighLevel
• Maintain CRM hygiene including tagging, segmentation, and pipelines
• Assist with dashboards, reports, and performance tracking
Operational Discipline
• Execute work using documented SOPs and checklists
• Participate in weekly priority and status reviews
• Meet deadlines consistently and flag issues proactively
• Support multiple brands while maintaining clean system separation
Required Experience
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, email/SMS)
• Experience managing social media for business or professional service brands
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Organized, accountable, and process-driven
Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
